Discrete Delivery
All of our orders are dispatched to you using discrete packaging.
Delivery Times
If we carry the item in stock we can get it out to you straight away. Otherwise, please allow 7 - 14 days for delivery. For all deliveries outside of the UK, please allow a bit longer.We aim at all times to get your goods to you quickly.
Security
We use Royal Mail to dispatch your goods. We have found the Royal mail to be effective and secure. If you are not in when the postman calls you will be left with a card with details of how to collect your parcel or re-arrange delivery at a time convenient to you. Royal Mail will keep your parcel at a local office for 7 days and if not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us. If you would like us to re-send your order we will charge you for re-shipping. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.
UK Orders
Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery - Delivery of your goods normally arrive within 1 to 3 working days from despatch date. However 10 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived. Royal Mail does not class post lost until 15 working days.
EU Orders
European orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days after despatch, but please allow for 14 working days before contacting us.
Not Home During the Day?
Not at home during the day? Not a problem. Your billing address should be the address your card is registered to. You fill this in during the order process. However, you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address. Just fill in the delivery address during the order processing section.
